Saturday 13th January 2024 - Northern Lights Trip - Day 1

Our first winter Tour of Northern Norway started out today and this year we took Direct Flights from London Luton Airport on Whizzair, Flight time of 3hr 10 mins was nice and we landed about 20 minutes early into Tromso. Upon arriving we grabbed some essentials for the morning, a few slices of Pizza and the Hire Car and it was off to our accommodation for the night across the Bridge on the Island opposite Tromso namely Kvaloya. The weather was very cloudy when we arrived so no chance of a Bonus arrival Aurora tonight but we were looking forward to a very favourable outlook in the 4 days that remained.
